I contacted Adele back in January, when we had a long conversation about my previous health problems, before embarking on my fitness journey. In the past I severed my ACL (Anterior Crucial Ligament), and due to ongoing health issues my energy levels are very low at times, although I was determined to improve my fitness and lose weight. and get back to being 'me'.

With Adele's help I have managed to lose over 2 stone and 33cm, with 16cm from my waist! This was all achieved within just 10 months of training,

'I can thoroughly recommend the PT sessions - I’ve had my first one & was really nervous about what to expect as I’ve never done anything like it before & I survived! I was pushed, but not beyond what I could actually do &, although I ache today (& am not looking forward to the ache tomorrow lol), it’s a good ache that comes from working muscles, if you know what I mean.
