If exercising in a group is not for you, and you prefer to workout in a more bespoke and personalised way, then Adele can offer this.

PT Sessions can be held outside in a park or your garden, or in the comfort of your own home.

Your first PT Session includes a Free Consultation, and if you book 4 or more sessions per month, you will also receive:​​

  • 50% Discount for Pembury Fitness Group Exercise Classes

  • Nutritional Advice

  • Healthy Eating Plan

If you book 8 or more PT Sessions a month, you also get access to all the On-Demand Classes.

You can cancel your plan at any time with no cost, and there a no fees to cancel/rearrange your session.

A few months ago, I was not in a good place, physically and mentally. On-going issues with a recent shoulder injury, combined with long-term back issues from scoliosis, meant I had stopped doing any proper exercise and my stamina levels had dropped massively.
