Whether you're interested in high energy Exercise Classes to get the heart rate pumping, or low impact Exercise Classes to build flexibility and tone your body we can offer it all.

We also offer Corporate Exercise Classes, Small Group Training Sessions, and Personal Training Packages.

HOW WE BEGAN...

Pembury Fitness was established by Adele Clark in 2012, and began with just one Tuesday Zumba Class.

 

The business has expanded over the years, and Pembury Fitness now offers daytime and evening Group Exercise Classes, Corporate Classes, Small Group Training Sessions, Personal Training Sessions, and Nutritional Advice.

There's something for everyone from beginners to the more advanced.
