HOW WE BEGAN...

Pembury Fitness was founded by Adele Clark in 2012, we started our journey with a single Zumba class and have since grown into a vibrant fitness community. We now offer a huge variety of Group Exercise Classes, whether you're a beginner or an advanced fitness enthusiast, we have something for everyone!
