Adele Clark

Business Owner, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor, Pre and Post Natal Trainer, Level 3 Pilates Instructor, Level 2 Group Exercise Instructor, Zumba Instructor, Clubbercise Instructor

Adele has been running Pembury Fitness for over 11 years now. She regularly teaches Charity Event Warm Ups, including Race For Life for Cancer Research, and local Charity Events close to her heart. Adele is fully qualified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, specialising in pre/post natal exercise.

 

Adele is a member of The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity.

Adele thrives on teaching each and every one of her clients, and always enjoys all the classes and sessions just as much as you do. 

 

Adele is a confident and experienced Fitness Professional, and her classes and sessions are always so much fun, and full of energy. Come and try!

Kerry-Lee Galliard

Zumba Instructor, Nutrition Advisor

Kerry-Lee started dancing in pre-school, and dance has always been part of her life. Having delved in to many forms – contemporary, ballet, hip-hop and pole-dancing, she finally found Zumba – a dance form that she truly fell in love with. After attending 4 years of classes, she trained as a Zumba instructor in 2022 in South Africa, before moving to the UK. Kerry-Lee also has  a certification in nutrition.

 

As a teacher and speech-therapist, Kerry-Lee takes her love of people and teaching to the dance class to share the fun, energy and spirit of dance that will keep you smiling and wanting more!

Kasia Blezsynska

Level 3 Pilates Instructor, Level 3 Nutritional Advisor, Pre/Post Natal Trained, Orthopaedic Trained

Kasia began practicing Pilates in 2008 having suffered back problems due to work. Pilates was her saviour, after working 25 years as an orthopaedic theatre nurse,  she decided to train to be a teacher.

 

Her background gives her good knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of human body. She gained her qualification as a Level 3 instructor at Future Fit Training in London. She has a Level 3 certification in Nutrition and Weight Management, a Pre/Post Natal Qualification and a certification in Common Orthopaedic Conditions.

 

Kasia is very passionate about Pilates and likes to make a positive change in all her client’s body and life. Her classes are definitely not to be missed.

Emma Sawyer

On-Demand Yoga Instructor

Emma has spent time studying and living in India gaining her yoga teaching qualifications and fully immersing herself in the culture to learn about the birthplace of this practice. She initially came to the practice at 15 years old for the physical benefits after lifelong suffering with slight spasticity, skeletal problems in her hips and back and mild scoliosis. 

 

Emma is certified in vinyasa flow, ashtanga, pre-post natal yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra, mediation and is currently completing in depth yogic philosophical studies. Emma’s classes are holistic in nature, encompassing the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the practice. Classes include asana (the physical postures), pranayama (manipulation of the life force - breath) and meditation.  


Emma’s classes will offer you the chance to enhance your self and get to know more about the relationship between your body and mind.  So join her on the mat to begin or advance in your yoga journey today.
