Adele is a level 3 qualified fitness instructor, in Mat Pilates, Clubbercise, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba for kids, specialising Pre/Post Natal Exercise. Adele has been running successful classes in Pembury for over 8 years now.
Adele thrives on teaching each and every one of her exercise classes, and always enjoys them just as much as you do!

Fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness routines using rave glow sticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights.
Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise dance fitness classes are great if you’re just starting out on a fitness regime or if you’re already a fitness freak!
* Please note this class is not suitable for those who suffer with photosensitive epilepsy, as flashing lights are used in this class.
LEGS, BUMS AND TUMS
Improve the tone, shape and firmness of these three key areas with this complete workout.
This class is predominantly a mat based class, with a 20 minute aerobic warm up, followed by strength and toning exercises for those stubborn areas of the thighs, bums and stomachs.

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s.
This class is suitable for people of all ages and is aimed at beginners.
Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer Alberto 'Beto' Perez during the 1990s.
Classes involve various dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca,salsa, merengue and mambo.

SATURDAY SHAPE UP AND STRETCH
Start your weekend the right way, with a 30 minute, low impact dance aerobic workout.
Followed by some stretch and toning exercises to increase your flexibility, and core strength, along the lines of a fitness Pilates.
The perfect Saturday morning class to get you up and active at the weekend.
MUMMY AND ME PILATES - launching in 26th February
This class is for new mothers, and will focus on those areas affected by pregnancy, predominantly your tummy muscles and pelvic floor. It provides a great way to ease yourself back into fitness after birth, and enabling you to socialise and meet new mummy friends.
Babies are safely placed on mats in front of you, while you enjoy your workout (so non-walkers only please). It's a very relaxed class, so if your baby needs feeding or changing, feel free to see to your baby's needs.
*Mats provided. Mums and babies welcome from 6 weeks (or 8 weeks following C-Section).
