Adele is a level 4 fitness instructor and nutrition advisor, qualified to teach Pilates, Clubbercise, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba for kids, specialising Pre/Post Natal Exercise. Adele has been running successful exercise classes Online and in the village of Pembury for over 9 years now. 

Adele is fully insured to teach online and group exercise classes, and is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals. Adele is also First Aid Trained.

 

Adele thrives on teaching each and every one of her exercise classes, and always enjoys them just as much as you do!

 

Adele is a confident and experienced instructor, and her classes are always so much fun, and full of energy. Come and try!

 

LEGS, BUMS AND TUMS

Improve the tone, shape and firmness of these three key areas with this complete workout.

This class is predominantly a mat based class, with a 15 minute aerobic warm up, followed by strength and toning exercises for those stubborn areas of the thighs, bums and stomachs.

A great full body workout, not to missed!

PILATES

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s.

This class is suitable for people of all ages and is aimed at beginners.

ZUMBA
 
Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer Alberto 'Beto' Perez during the 1990s.
 

Classes involve various dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca,salsa, merengue and mambo.

 

Every class feels like a party! Come and join me and you'll see what I mean.

 

SHAPE UP AND STRETCH

Start your day the right way, with a 15 minute, low impact dance aerobic workout.

Followed by some stretch and toning exercises to increase your flexibility, and core strength, along the lines of a fitness Pilates.

 

The perfect Saturday morning class to get you up and active at the weekend.

WEIGHTS WORKOUT

This class is a full-body dumbbell workout that is perfect to do at home. Prepare to burn some massive calories as you shape and tone your entire body, whilst increasing your strength and improving your bone health.


*Equipment Suggested - Mat and Dumbbells (1-2kg for beginners)

EXPRESS WORKOUT

 

This class is a quick and effective 25 minute workout, focused on toning and building strength in your muscles.
Suitable for beginners and the more experienced.

CLUBBERCISE - not currently on the Zoom timetable

Clubbercise is a dance fitness class with easy ­to ­follow routines using rave glow sticks.

 

It is choreographed to club anthems from the 90′s and the latest chart hits.

The workouts are designed with high and low impact options meaning Clubbercise is adaptable to your specific fitness level.
