    Adele is a level 3 qualified fitness instructor, and has been running successful classes in Pembury for over 7 years now. Adele holds a current First Aid Certificate and is CRB checked. 

     

    Adele thrives on teaching each and every one of her exercise classes, and always enjoys them just as much as you do!

     

    Adele is a confident and experienced instructor, and her classes are always so much fun, and full energy. Come and try!

    If you like the idea of a fitness class that feels more like a night out than a workout you’ll LOVE Clubbercise®

     

    Fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness routines using rave glow sticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights.

     

    Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise dance fitness classes are great if you’re just starting out on a fitness regime or if you’re already a fitness freak!

     

    * Please note this class is not suitable for those who suffer with photosensitive epilepsy, as flashing lights are used in this class. 

    LEGS, BUMS AND TUMS

     

    Improve the tone, shape and firmness of these three key areas with this complete workout.

    This class is predominantly a mat based class, with a 20 minute aerobic warm up, followed by strength and toning exercises for those stubborn areas of the thighs, bums and stomachs.

    A great full body workout, not to missed!

    BEGINNERS PILATES

     

    Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s.

    This class is suitable for people of all ages and is aimed at beginners.

    ZUMBA
     
    Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer Alberto 'Beto' Perez during the 1990s.
     

    Classes involve various dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca,salsa, merengue and mambo.
