Bookings can be made via the class schedule page or The Pembury Fitness App up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the class.
What happens if the class I want to attend is fully booked?
If a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waiting list via the The Pembury Fitness App, and you'll be notified if a space becomes available.
How do I cancel a class?
We offer a no refund cancellation policy. You can however easily transfer your booking to another class.
If you have purchased a plan, you can only cancel, not transfer a booking, but the cancelled class gets added back to your plan, for you to re-book when suitable.
Can I amend/transfer my booking?
Amendments/transfers can be made up to 3 hours prior to the start of the class, via the website or app.
To cancel/amend a booking via the website:

Log in, and click on the down arrow next to your name.

Select 'my bookings' from the drop down list

Click on the class you want to cancel/amend
To cancel/amend a booking via the app:

Log in, and click on your picture or the person icon (if you do not have a picture), in the top left hand corner

Click on your name. This is 'Your Profile'. You can manage your bookings here

Under 'My Activities'

Click on 'Bookings'

Click on the class you want to cancel/amend

What does my Instructor need to know prior to joining a Class or PT Sessions?
When booking your class you are required to complete a health questionnaire, so please make sure you do this before attending your first class or session. Please contact us prior to the start of your first class or session to discuss any previous injuries, and any medical conditions we need to be aware of. Also please let your instructor know If you have recently recovered from an injury or been out of exercise for a considerable period of time.
What should I wear for a class or session?
Please wear comfortable loose clothing and have some water to hand.
Please wear socks or bare feet for Pilates.
Please wear suitable trainers for all other classes.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring water and a towel if needed to all classes.

* Legs, Bums and Tums - Please bring a mat and hand weights if you wish
* Weights workout - Please bring a mat and hand weights
How much are the Classes?
Prices vary depending on the class and how many you book. Please go to the 'classes and prices' page.
Do you offer discounts for block bookings of classes?
Yes, and these discounted plans are offered when you book a class.
How much are the Personal Training Sessions?
Prices depend on the amount of sessions you book. Please go to the 'PT Sessions' page.
How do I access the On-Demand Classes?
Via the On-Demand Section of the website, or via the app.
