What does my Instructor need to know prior to joining a Class?
Please contact me prior to the start of your first class to discuss any previous injuries, and any medical conditions I need to be aware of. Also please let me know If you have recently recovered from an injury or been out of exercise for a considerable period of time. You are also required to read, understand and adhere to this Health Questionnaire.
What should I wear for a class?
Please wear comfortable loose clothing and have some water to hand.
Please wear socks or bare feet for Pilates.
Please wear suitable trainers for all other classes.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring water and a towel if needed to all classes.
* Pilates - Please bring a mat
* Legs, Bums and Tums - Please bring a mat and hand weights if required
*Weights workout - please bring a mat and hand weights
How much are the Classes?
