    What does my Instructor need to know prior to attending a class?

    Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your first class to complete a health questionnaire. Please ensure you tell me if you are pregnant, have any previous injuries or have any current medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate fully in the class. If you have recently recovered from an injury or been out of exercise for a considerable period of time.
     

    What should I wear and bring to class?

    Please wear comfortable loose clothing and bring some water.

    All equipment is provided for each class

    Please wear socks or bare feet for Pilates.

    Please wear suitable trainers for all other classes.

    Please go to the classes and prices page and click on the timetable of classes.  You will find links to google maps for each venue.

    What's the minimum age to attend Classes?

    16 years old is the minimum to attend a class on your own, if attending a class with an adult (over 18 years old), you can attend from the age of 13 years.
