What does my Instructor need to know prior to joining a class?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your first class to complete a health questionnaire. Please ensure you tell me if you are pregnant, have any previous injuries or have any current medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate fully in the class. If you have recently recovered from an injury or been out of exercise for a considerable period of time.
What should I wear for a class?
Please wear comfortable loose clothing and have some water to hand.
Please wear socks or bare feet for Pilates.
Please wear suitable trainers for all other classes.
How much are the live Zoom classes?
Please go to the classes and prices page.
How do I access the live Zoom classes?
When you book a class, you will be sent a booking confirmation, and you will find the Meeting ID and Password within the event information on your booking confirmation, which is also sent within a reminder email, the day prior to the start of your class (if you have booked in advance).

How do I access the On-Demand Classes?
Via the Members Only Area of the website.
