Frequently Asked Questions

What does my Instructor need to know prior to joining a Class?

Please contact us prior to the start of your first class to discuss any previous injuries, and any medical conditions I need to be aware of. Also please let your instructor know If you have recently recovered from an injury or been out of exercise for a considerable period of time. You are also required to read, understand and adhere to this Health Questionnaire.

What should I wear for a class?

Please wear comfortable loose clothing and have some water to hand.

Please wear socks or bare feet for Pilates and Yoga.

Please wear suitable trainers for all other classes.

What should I bring to class?

Please bring water and a towel if needed to all classes.

* Zumba, Clubbercise and Street Dance - Bring your awesome dance moves

* Pilates and Yoga - Please bring a mat

* Legs, Bums and Tums - Please bring a mat and hand weights if you wish

* Weights workout - Please bring a mat and hand weights

How much are the Classes?

Prices vary depending on the class and how many you book. Please go to the 'classes and prices' page.

 

Do you offer discounts for block bookings of classes?

Yes, and these discounted plans are offered when you book a class.

How do I book a class?
Bookings can be made via the class schedule page or classes and prices page 30 minutes prior to the start of the class. 


 

What happens if the class I want to attend is fully booked?
If a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waiting list and you'll be notified if a space becomes available.


 

How do I cancel a class?
We offer a no refund cancellation policy. You can however easily transfer your booking to another class.
If you have purchased a plan, you can only cancel, not transfer a booking, but the cancelled class gets added back to your plan, for you to re-book when suitable.


 

Can I amend/transfer my booking?
Amendments/transfers can be made up to 3 hours prior to the start of the class, via the website or app. 

To cancel/amend a booking via the website:

  • Log in, and click on the down arrow next to your name. 

  • Select 'my bookings' from the drop down list

  • Click on the class you want to cancel/amend

To cancel/amend a booking via the app:

  • Log in, and click on your picture or the person icon (if you do not have a picture), in the bottom right hand corner

  • Click on your name. This is 'Your Profile'. You can manage your bookings, and subscriptions here

  • Scroll down to 'My Activity'

  • Click on 'Bookings' 

  • Click on the class you want to cancel/amend

  • Click on the 3 dots next to it

 

How much are the Personal Training Sessions?

Prices depend on the amount of sessions you book. Please go to the 'PT Sessions' page.

 

How do I access the On-Demand Classes?

Via the On-Demand Section of the website, or via the app.

 

How much are the On-Demand Classes?

This depends on which plan you decide to join. Click 'here' to view the plans.
