The main advantage of using an Large Exercise Ball is that your body will respond to the instability of the ball and work towards balancing itself, thus ensuring activation of core muscles. This can help with improving back and spine health, enhancing core stability, posture, and muscle balance. ​ This class is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. In this class we use a Large Exercise Ball, which you will need to bring along. What to bring to class: + Mat + Water + Wear comfortable clothing + Large exercise Ball

Cancellation Policy

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES: No refunds given. Amendments/transfers can be made up to 3 hours prior to the start of the class, via the website or app. If you have purchased a plan, you can only cancel, not transfer a booking, but the cancelled class gets added back to your plan, for you to re-book when suitable. To cancel/amend a booking via the website: 1. Log in, and click on the down arrow next to your name. 2. Select 'my bookings' from the drop down list 3. Click on the class you want to cancel/amend. To cancel/amend a booking via the app: 1. Log in, and click on the person icon in the top left hand corner. This is 'Your Profile' 2. Click on your name 3. Scroll down to 'My Activity' 4. Click on 'My Bookings' 5. Click on the class you want to cancel/amend
