Cancellation Policy

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES AND PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS: No refunds given. Amendments/transfers can be made up to 3 hours prior to the start of the class, via the website or app. If you have purchased a plan, you can only cancel, not transfer a booking, but the cancelled class gets added back to your plan, for you to re-book when suitable. To cancel/amend a booking via the website: 1. Log in, and click on the down arrow next to your name. 2. Select 'my bookings' from the drop down list 3. Click on the class you want to cancel/amend. To cancel/amend a booking via the app: 1. Log in, and click on the person icon in the top left hand corner. This is 'Your Profile' 2. Click on your name 3. Scroll down to 'My Activity' 4. Click on 'My Bookings' 5. Click on the class you want to cancel/amend CORPORATE CLASSES: 7 Days notice is required to cancel/transfer a class. 50% of the fee will payable if insufficient notice is provided.
