Service Description
Our Weights Workout Class is a hardcore, fun and full-body dumbbell workout. Prepare to burn some massive calories as you shape and tone your entire body, whilst increasing your strength and improving your bone health. Benefits of attending a Weights Workout Class: + Suitable for all ages and fitness levels + Builds your strength + Boosts your metabolism + Increases your energy levels + Burn fat for up to 48 hours after a class What to bring to a Weights Workout Class: + Water + Small Towel + Wear comfortable clothing and trainers + Dumbbells (for beginners I recommend either 1kg or 2kg weights)

Cancellation Policy
GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES: No refunds given. Amendments/transfers can be made up to 3 hours prior to the start of the class, via the website or app. If you have purchased a plan, you can only cancel, not transfer a booking, but the cancelled class gets added back to your plan, for you to re-book when suitable. To cancel/amend a booking via the website: 1. Log in, and click on the down arrow next to your name. 2. Select 'my bookings' from the drop down list 3. Click on the class you want to cancel/amend. To cancel/amend a booking via the app: 1. Log in, and click on the person icon in the top left hand corner. This is 'Your Profile' 2. Click on your name 3. Scroll down to 'My Activity' 4. Click on 'My Bookings' 5. Click on the class you want to cancel/amend
