Pembury Fitness currently offers Live via Zoom Classes, and On-Demand Fitness Classes (classes that you can do any day/time you wish). 


All exercise classes are fun, friendly and effective, and suitable for all ages and abilities. Classes include Pilates, Zumba, Legs, Bums & Tums, and Shape Up & Stretch.
